The Cayenne slices are candied similar to the popular Cowboy Candy.
Cayenne has 50 thousand Scotville Heat Units and several good properties for health.
This recipe has recreated the Cowboy Candy recipe made with jalapeños.
Good to serve with meat and cheese.
