The interesting property of this pepper is the delayed effect for the heat to peak and short linger. Comes and goes like a ghost.

Our ghost peppers are pickled with vinegar and salted purified water. We packed in fresh brine with no other ingredient. They are ready to use in oil infusions or in any recipe, they keep the original flavor.
